What is the location of the conference?

What are the exact times of the conference?

The conference will take place on April 26th and 27th, 2024. The exact times of the conference sessions will be provided closer to the event date. Typically, conferences start in the morning, around 9:00 AM, and continue until the late afternoon, around 5:00 PM, with breaks for lunch and refreshments in between sessions. However, please stay tuned for the official schedule and agenda, which will outline the specific timing of each session, workshop, and break.

Will conference materials such as presentations or handouts be provided for the participants?

Does the registration fee cover both days of the conference or is it a separate charge for each day?

The registration fee covers both days of the conference. Attendees only need to pay the registration fee once to gain access to all sessions, workshops, and activities scheduled over the course of the two days. There are noseparate charges for each day of the conference. This inclusive approach ensures that participants can fully engage with all aspects of the event without any additional financial burden.

Will the participants be required to pay for the lunch break or is it included in the registration fee?

If I do not attend the second day, will half of the fee be refunded?

8-ci Azərbaycan Beynəlxalq Psixologiya Konfransına Elmi Proqram Komitəsi elmi tezislərin təqdim edilməsinə dəvət edir.

Bütün tezis təqdim edənlər 8-ci Azərbaycan Beynəlxalq Psixologiya Konfransı üçün tam qeydiyyatdan keçmiş və ödənişli iştirakçı olmalıdırlar.

  • Abstraktlara yalnız tam qeydiyyatdan keçmiş və ödənişli iştirakçısı olduğunuz halda baxılacaq və yekun elmi proqrama daxil ediləcək.
  • Tezislər maksimum 250 sözdən ibarət ola bilər
  • Təqdimatçının Forumda şəxsən iştirak etməsi və poster təqdimatını təqdim etməsi gözlənilir.
  • Hər bir iştirakçı üçün maxsimum 2 tezis təqdim edilə bilər.
  • Təqdimat edən müəllifdən referatı təqdim etməzdən əvvəl bütün həmmüəlliflərin avtoreferatın məzmunundan xəbərdar olmasını və onun təqdim edilməsinə razılıq verməsini təmin etməlidir.
  • Tezislər Azərbaycan, rus və ingilis dillərində təqdim edilə bilər.
  • Qəbul edilmiş tezislər zamanı müəlliflər tərəfindən poster təqdimatı üçün uyğun olacaq.
  • Annotasiya təqdim etmək üçün heç bir ödəniş tələb olunmur
